ATTENTION

Clear shlitsa of primary shaft of RKPP, a conducted disk if the former disk and shlitsa of a nave is established. Remove a rust. Shlitsa cover with a thin layer of MoS2 greasing. Excess of greasing surely remove.

The prileganiye surface to frictional slips should not contain greasing flutes. Attention: Depth of installation of the VMT sensor should correspond to the various sizes of flywheels. Therefore in a case of coupling two various, carving jams having color marking are screwed.
3–a conducted disk of coupling
Aligning elements, shlitsa grease with a thin layer of MoS2 greasing.
4–press rod
Grease around the directing plug in primary to RKPP shaft.

Grease an adjacent surface to a rod with a thin layer of MoS2 greasing (VW G 000 100).

Coupling at inclusion of transfer separates power communication between the engine and RKPP and provides thanks to frictional communication smooth transfer of a torque on a running gear at a troganiye from a place.

Coupling consists of the press disk, a conducted disk, the bearing of switching off of coupling and a hydraulic drive.

Press the disk is connected with a flywheel boltovy connections. The flywheel is in turn connected with cranked shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted disk is connected with primary shaft of RKPP through shlitsevy connection.

By pressing of a pedal of coupling via the main cylinder located in the lower part of the car, liquid under pressure it is transferred in the working cylinder. The piston of the working cylinder, pressing the bearing of switching off of coupling, the disk influences on press. Thus conducted disk is taken away from a flywheel. Power communication between the engine and RKPP interrupts.
The hydrosystem of coupling works at the brake liquid arriving from the tank.

At each inclusion and coupling switching off as a result of power influence there is a wear of frictional overlays of a conducted disk. The conducted disk represents a fast-wearing-out detail. However average term of its service makes more than 100 000 km. Wear of a disk depends generally on loading (operation with the trailer) and style of driving. Coupling does not demand service, as it being self-established.

Engines are, as a rule, equipped with a two-mass flywheel. The two-mass flywheel has spring демпфирующую the system promoting reduction of fluctuations created by the engine. Besides, the noise level in a range of low numbers of a turn thus decreases. The conducted disk of coupling in this case consists of a nave, a conducted plate and frictional slips. Torsionnye springs are absent.
