The contour of cooling of other engines is constructed by the same principle. While the engine is not heated-up, cooling liquid circulates only in a head and the block of cylinders and in the heat exchanger of a heater of salon. At increase of temperature of cooling liquid the thermostat opens a big contour of cooling. Cooling liquid goes through a radiator constantly working pump. Liquid passes through a radiator from top to down and is cooled with air passing through it. For increase of efficiency of cooling in system the fan operated depending on temperature is established. Management is carried out from the two-level thermoswitch screwed at the left at a broad tank of a radiator. At temperature of cooling liquid from +92 ° to 97°С the thermoswitch includes the first step of the fan (a half from full number of turns). If the temperature of cooling liquid increases from +99 ° to 105°С, the fan turns on on full number of turns. Thanks to that the fan works not constantly, and also existence of thermostatic regulation of a stream of cooling liquid the working temperature of the engine is reached quicker and fuel consumption decreases.
