| 1. Remove a shaft and clamp it in a vice. Thus protect a shaft aluminum slips. |
| 2. Note an edge of a protective cover on a shaft that at assembly a cover to put in its former situation. |
| 3. Cut бокорезами collars on both protective covers and remove them. Displace back a cover. |
| 4. External hinge: Remove the hinge in strong blow of a hammer from light metal from a shaft. |
| 5. Internal hinge: Remove a lock ring the corresponding nippers, for example, VW-161a or HAZET 2525K. Press the hinge on the press, thus bring a support under an internal nave of the hinge. |

| 6. At installation of a protective cover on the hinge case the cover is often compressed. Therefore a cover on small diameter fill with air by means of a screw-driver. |
| 7. Fill the hinge with AUDI G6.3 greasing. A half of greasing enter into a cover, other half in the hinge. The total of greasing is specified in Specifications. |
| 8. The adaptation (HAZET 1847) shown on an illustration should be applied to a clip of collars (the alloyed steel). Otherwise it will not be possible to create necessary effort of a clip. The adaptation put so that cutting elements of the adaptation settled down in corners (In). In this situation the screw (And) tighten a dinamometrichesky key the moment of 25 N of m and thus pull a collar. |

ATTENTION
The carving of the adaptation should have an easy course. Otherwise previously grease it with MoS2 greasing.
