Engines are supplied with greasing system under pressure. The oil pump soaks up through a grid impellent oil from the pallet of a case and submits it under pressure via the oil filter. From forcing of the oil pump there is a reduktsionny valve. At superfluous pressure of oil the valve opens, and the part of oil comes back back to the case pallet.

Through the central part of the boss of the filter the filtered oil arrives to the main oil canal. The sensor of the index of pressure of oil which through a control lamp in the block of the dashboard points to the driver to inadmissible pressure decrease of oil there settles down. At a contamination of the oil filter perepuskny the valve directs oil without its filtration directly to the main oil canal.

From the main oil channel channels of greasing of bearings of a cranked shaft branch off. Via inclined channels in cranked to a shaft oil arrives to shatunny bearings. Cooling of the bottom of the piston is carried out through the nozzles submitting oil from below to the piston.

At the same time impellent oil arrives via vertical pipelines in a head of cylinders, supplying with oil bearings of a camshaft and jacks of klapanny gaps.

Depending on execution oil is cooled with means of the radiator located on a flange of the oil filter and included in system of cooling of the engine.

Consumption of oil

The consumption of oil is understood as amount of oil which is consumed in the course of combustion. At all it is not necessary to understand as it the consumption of oil connected with its leaks owing to a leakage through the pallet of a case, a cover of a head of cylinders etc.

The normal consumption of oil is formed at combustion of a small amount of oil in cylinders, together with production of the fulfilled gases and wear. Besides, oil is lost as a result of influence of high temperature and the high pressure, taking place in the engine. Loss of oil is affected also by service conditions, as, for example, style of driving, and also admissions of manufacturing of elements of the engine. The consumption of oil should not be more 1.0L/1000 km.

At all it is not necessary to fill in oil above Max mark. If oil was poured, surplus is necessary for extorting it. Otherwise the catalytic converter can be damaged by not burned down oil arriving in it.
