Replacement of the central/additional exhaust silencer
At manufacturer the back pipe and 2 exhaust silencers form uniform knot. However exhaust silencers can be replaced separately.
Division of exhaust silencers is made by a razrezky usual chain saw, for example, HAZET 4682. If the specified tool is not present, it is possible to cut a hacksaw.
ATTENTION
If the exhaust silencer does not leave a collar, there are two possibilities for its dismantle: to cut through a pipe at distance of 5 cm behind a collar. Then to bring down a chisel and a hammer the pipe rest. Second possibility: in the presence of the gazorezatelny device it is necessary to heat up a collar. Thus the pipe will extend that will allow to remove it.
Before use of the gazorezatelny device close the car bottom an asbestine fabric. At all do not heat up the exhaust silencer around a fuel tank from plastic. There is a danger of emergence of a fire. Keep in readiness the fire extinguisher.
Removal at execution central/additional exhaust silencers in the form of one knot
ATTENTION
When lifting and car installation on supports there is a danger! Therefore previously familiarize with head Poddomkrachivaniye of the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

| 1. Lift and establish the car on supports. |
|
2. The place of division of the exhaust silencer is marked by deepenings. Division is made at average markings (arrow 2). Lateral markings (arrows 1 and 3) serve as indexes of depth of input of pipes in a collar. |
| 3. Throw with a divider chain round average markings–2–and pull. Prokatayte a chain in different directions, having tightened it to exclude pipe deformation at are sharp. |
| 4. Disconnect the exhaust silencer from rubber holders and take out. |
| INSTALLATION
|
| 5. Enter the exhaust silencer in rubber holders. |
6. For connection of pipes the spare collar serves.
ATTENTION
The collars used earlier surely replace, repeatedly they are not used. As depending on model of the car pipes of various diameters are applied, pay attention to applied spare parts.

| 7. Expose release system, thus address to the subsection Removal and installation of system of release. |
| 8. Fix a collar the moment of 40 N of m. Bolts should settle down horizontally and show to the left side of the car. |
