REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark paint the provision of the corresponding back wheel concerning a nave. It will allow to establish at assembly an otbalansirovanny wheel in its former situation. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel at the car standing on the earth. Lift a back part of the car, put it on supports and remove a back wheel.
2. Bring sideways as a support under a back wheel the garage lift in a place where the wheel acts in film. A back suspension bracket do not lift. On an illustration the V.A.G lift is shown.
3. If it is necessary to remove only a spring, unscrew a bolt – 2–fastenings of the shock-absorber to a beam. Completely unload a spring and take out it. For this purpose lower the lift. If necessary ask the assistant to pull a suspension bracket down.
4. If it is necessary to remove also the shock-absorber, unscrew fastening bolts
– 1–shock-absorbers at a body also take out.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a spring so that the spring beginning (an arrow on an illustration) adjoined to an emphasis of the top basic ring. The top basic ring should sit correctly in a body.
2. The beginning of a round of a spring below should show surely to the car center.
3. Insert the shock-absorber and fix it below a new bolt and a new nut the moment of 55 N • m.
4. Fix the shock-absorber to a body new bolts the moment of 75 N • m.
