Removal and starter installation

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative cable (–) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition.

ATTENTION

Thereof information from electronic blocks of memory, such as, a radio receiver code is erased. Without a code the radio receiver can be included only by the manufacturer or HUNDRED AUDIS. Therefore familiarize with subsection materials Input of a code of a radio receiver.

Diesel engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the storage battery, address to the subsection Removal and installation of the storage battery.
	2. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the console of the storage battery (an arrow on an illustration).
All cars
	3. Disconnect a wire–1–.
4. Rasstykuyte I will corrode – 2–and take out from the holder.
5. Disconnect a wire–4–and расстыкуйте I will corrode – 3–.
6. Take out wires from the directing.
	7. Turn out the top bolt of fastening of a starter–1–.
8. Remove a shumopogloshchayushchy element in the center.
	9. Disconnect the pressure head pipeline of the power steering from the holder (the shooter on the right on an illustration).
	10. Turn out the bottom bolt of fastening of a starter–2–.
11. Take out a starter down.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a starter and fix it to a check point the moment of 65 N of m.
2. Fix the pipeline of pressure of the power steering the moment of 20 N of m.
3. Attach an electric wire of the plug 30 to a starter and fix the moment of 16 N of m.
4. Join the plug 30 socket.
5. Establish the central shumopogloshchayushchy element.
6. Diesel engine: Fix the console of the storage battery and establish the battery, address to the subsection Removal and installation of the storage battery.
7. Attach a weight cable (–) the storage battery. Attention: Make active high-rise automatic equipment of an electric window regulator, and also establish hours and enter a radio tape recorder code, address to the subsection Removal and installation of the storage battery and Input of a code of a radio receiver.
