Input of a code of a radio receiver

GENERAL INFORMATION

(It is valid only concerning radio receivers with the coding)

Radio receiver sign with the coding is existence of a red symbol in the form of a key on a forward slip. If at the taken-out ignition key on the forward party the red light diode blinks, it means that the coding is made active and the radio receiver is ready to work.

The code interferes with unauthorized inclusion of a radio receiver if its food was interrupted. The termination of a food of a radio receiver occurs, for example, at its removal, disconnection from the storage battery or at a safety lock peregoraniye.

If the radio receiver is coded, it is necessary before shutdown of the storage battery or removal of a radio receiver to establish a radio receiver code. If the code is not known, include a radio receiver only HUNDRED AUDIS can.

The individual code number of a code is given in the operation manual on a radio receiver. It is not necessary to store it in the car.

Removal of electronic blocking

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Include a food, include a radio receiver.
2. Press at the same time the FM and DX keys until on indication not to appear «CODE» message. Release keys, soon after that the message «1000» is automatically displayed. ATTENTION At «chorus» and «concert» radio receiver instead of the FM and DX keys the TR and RDS keys are pressed.
3. By means of keys of a choice of stations with 1 on 4 enter a confidential code. Thus the key 1 enters the first place of number of a code, by a key 2 the second place etc. A key press the number of times corresponding to figure of a code.
4. Then again press at the same time the FM and DX keys until there will be «SAFE» message. Release keys. Now the radio receiver is again ready to work. Frequency is automatically displayed. ATTENTION If the incorrect code is wrongly entered, „SAFE“ message at first blinks, and then is shone constantly. Now all process of input can be repeated once again. If the incorrect code again is entered, the radio receiver is blocked approximately on 1 hour. After the expiration of 1 hour - the radio receiver thus should remain included - blocking acts in film. The cycle of input repeats in the subsequent attempts.

After accession of a radio receiver to the power supply there is an automatic data exchange between a radio receiver and the dashboard block. The code which has been written down at the first activization of protection against thefts is thus compared. At compliance of a code the radio receiver is ready for operation.

The radio receiver is blocked, if it is established in other car or if the dashboard block is replaced. In this case it is necessary to remove blocking by code introduction.
