GENERAL INFORMATION

Elements of anticreeping blocking

The car is equipped with the serial anticreeping alarm system. After activization the system interferes with engine start if the natural is applied by the wrong code.

The system consists from:

– A monitor electronic system of anticreeping blocking (it is built in the dashboard block).
– Control lamp of anticreeping blocking.
– Monitor engine.
– The reading-out coil on the ignition lock.
– The ignition key with the built-in transponder. Transponder represents the send-receive block working without the battery.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Anticreeping blocking becomes more active at ignition key removal.
2. At ignition inclusion via reading-out coil electric energy inductively is transferred on a transponder in a key. The code of a key is read out and transferred in a monitor of anticreeping blocking. There the code of a key is compared to the value brought in memory.
3. If codes correspond, in the control unit the control lamp of anticreeping blocking lights up and later 3 with dies away.
4. If compliance of codes is not established, the control lamp blinks at the included ignition and the engine cannot be started. Among the other there can be following reasons: – process of reading is interfered by an additional key on a bunch of keys; – the code is damaged.
5. Electronic check of anticreeping blocking is made by the diagnostic AUDI device by means of poll of memory of malfunctions.
