Removal and installation of a forward door and holder of adjusting elements

GENERAL INFORMATION

Forward door

1–holder
2–bolt, 30 N • m М8 x 26
3–bolt, 30 N • m М8 x 32
4–adjusting wedge. It should be always established
5–door. The door can be removed also without removal of the holder of adjusting elements
6–bolt, 30 N • m

7–adjusting wedge. It should be always established
8–guard of a lateral emphasis
9–drive cable
10-bolt, 30 N • m М8 x 26
11-lock draft

REMOVAL

ATTENTION

The door can be removed also without removal of the holder of adjusting elements. The holder in this case is not required to remove.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove door facing, address to the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a door.
2. Remove facing of a rack And (below), address to the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a rack And.
3. Disconnect electric wires and a vacuum hose of the uniform lock from the holder–1–.
4. Disconnect a cable–9–from the holder.
5. Turn out bolts (2, 3, 6 and 10). Thus remove adjusting wedges–4–and–7–.
6. Take out up the holder of adjusting elements.
7. Remove a casing between a door and a rack And.
8. Remove the plug at a rack And.
9. Take out electric wires and a vacuum hose of the uniform lock from a rack And.
10. Disconnect electric wires and a vacuum hose at A.Otsoyedinite's rack the tip of a hose of the uniform lock, address to subsection the Uniform lock – general information and vacuum hoses.
11. Watch that the socket did not slide off in A.Zakrepite's rack it a clothespin.
12. Ask the assistant to support a door.

1–the bolt, is established from within, 30 N • to m 2–door loop the top 3–cover, 23 N • m 4–bolt, 30 N • m 5–Torx screw, 30 N • m	1–loop bottom 2–door forward 3–bolt, 30 N • m 4–Torx screw, 30 N • m 5–bolt, 30 N • m
13. Unscrew T45 Torx screws from a door at loops from above and from below.
14. Remove a door by means of the assistant.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a door by means of the assistant in loops and fix T45 Torx screws. Moment of an inhaling of 30 N • m.
2. Insert electric wires and a vacuum hose of the uniform lock into the socket of a rack And.
3. Insert electric wires and a vacuum hose into a rack And.
4. Fix plugs in a rack And.
5. Insert a casing between a door and a rack And.
6. Enter the holder from above into a door.
7. Fix the holder bolts. Do not forget about adjusting wedges of bolts–3–and–6–, address to an illustration. Sequence of an inhaling: (2, 10, 6, 3). Moment of an inhaling of 30 N • m. Adjustment of wedges is considered in subsection door Adjustment.
8. Connect a cable–9–to the holder.
9. Connect electric wires and a vacuum hose of the uniform lock, lay them and fix, address to subsection the Uniform lock – general information and vacuum hoses.
10. Adjust a door.
11. Establish facing of a rack And, address to the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a rack And.
12. Establish door facing, address to the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a door.
