Removal and installation of an external mirror and mirror glass

GENERAL INFORMATION

External mirror

1 case of a mirror
2 block of adjustment mirrors (manual). The block of electric adjustment, address to the subsection Removal and installation of a door of a back.
3 beam of adjusting elements
4 screw with an internal shestigrannik, 12 N • m
5 consolidation. At installation check correctness of a prileganiye.

6 screw with a crosswise shliyets, 1 N • m
7 glass of a mirror

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an external mirror from a door.
2. Remove mirror glass.
3. Disconnect electric wires of heating of a mirror.
4. Turn out screws with a crosswise shliyets – 6–and take out the adjusting block from the case.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

It is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

Mirror glass

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Paste over the mirror case from above and from below with a sticky tape.
2. Carefully wring out glass a shpatel at first below, and then above.

INSTALLATION

ATTENTION

At installation of glass of a mirror surely use gloves or enclose a pure rag.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert glass into directing pins, and fingers–8–in clips–9–.
2. Press mirror glass, having pressed it in the center.

Mirror case

REMOVAL

ATTENTION

The case of a mirror can be removed without mirror removal as a whole.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove glass-7-.
	2. Turn out screws-4-.
3. Press pads–2–and remove down a cover–3–.
4. Turn out screws-1-at the block of adjustment of a mirror.
5. Remove the case-5-up.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the case-5-from above.
2. Screw screws-1-at the block of adjustment and slightly tighten them the moment of 1 N • m.
3. Establish from below a cover–3–and fix it.
4. Establish mirror glass.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative cable (–) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. ATTENTION Thereof information from electronic blocks of memory, such as, a radio receiver code is erased. Without a code the radio receiver can be included on HUNDRED AUDIS. Therefore familiarize with instructions in subsection Input of a code of a radio receiver.
	2. Remove mirror glass.
3. Turn out screws-1-.
4. Rasstykuyte shtekerny connections of the block of adjustment of a mirror. ATTENTION In the presence of payany connections they are necessary for disconnecting separately directly at the case. Write down an arrangement of accessions before their undocking.
5. Take out from the case the adjustment block.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert the adjustment block into the case.
2. Attach electric wires according to their arrangement.
3. Slightly tighten screws-1 – the moment of 1 N • m.
4. Establish glass.
5. Attach a weight cable (–) the storage battery. ATTENTION Make active high-rise automatic equipment of an electric window regulator, and also establish hours and enter a radio tape recorder code, address to subsection Input of a code of a radio receiver.
